Anna is of counsel with Caplan Cobb.  She provides counsel on a wide range of general corporate and contractual matters and corporate governance issues.  She also negotiates and drafts commercial agreements and represents clients in connection with complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations.

Anna’s prior experience includes serving as corporate counsel for a global construction equipment and machine tool company and practicing at Rogers & Hardin LLP and Dow Lohnes PLLC.  While attending law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Richard W. Story of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Anna is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia as well as before the Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
