Ashley C. Brown

Ashley’s work focuses on business litigation, appellate advocacy, and trusts and estates litigation, where she has successfully represented individuals, businesses, and organizations in a range of complex matters.

Ashley’s career reflects a breadth of experience in both trial and appellate practice. She has clerked for two federal judges and served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney, where she represented the government in appellate matters. Jarred A. Klorfein

Jarred’s practice focuses on business litigation, including contract disputes, trade secrets, restrictive covenants, and civil conspiracy. He represents a diverse group of business clients in state and federal courts as well as in arbitration.

In addition to his commercial litigation work, Jarred has made significant contributions to public-interest law, particularly in matters involving constitutional rights. His work includes serving as co-counsel in a federal class-action lawsuit that resulted in systemic reforms to the conditions of confinement for incarcerated individuals with mental illness.
