Katie Wheeler Gamsey is an associate with Caplan Cobb who focuses her practice on complex business litigation.
Before joining Caplan Cobb, Katie served as a law clerk for the Honorable David C. Norton of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Katie also practiced with Alston & Bird LLP.
PRACTICE AREAS
Business Litigation. Katie has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including class actions, breach-of-contract disputes, fiduciary-duty claims, insurance coverage matters, and Telephone Consumer Protection Act cases. She has practiced in both state and federal court.
