Annie Boring

Annie Boring is an associate with Caplan Cobb who focuses her practice on complex litigation in federal court.

Before joining Caplan Cobb, Annie served as a term clerk and then permanent clerk for the Honorable Amy Totenberg of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Before clerking, Annie practiced at Buckley Beal, LLP, where she litigated cases involving employment and constitutional law. During law school, she interned with local nonprofits, including the Georgia Innocence Project. Before law school, Annie taught English in Thailand and worked as a legal assistant at an Atlanta criminal defense firm.

Federal Litigation: As a law clerk for four-and-a-half years, Annie managed hundreds of federal civil and criminal cases involving a broad range of federal statutes and areas of practice. She also served as responsible law clerk on over ten federal trials. Annie brings this procedural and substantive federal court experience to her work at Caplan Cobb.
