On Sunday, the AJC began “Breakdown,” its 7-part podcast series on the Justin Chapman case. Caplan Cobb partner Mike Caplan is featured in the series and is co-lead counsel in the case.
Bill Rankin’s account opens with Chapman’s trial lawyer describing when she first approached Caplan with the case. Caplan asked her, on a scale of 1 to 10, how convinced she was of Chapman’s innocence. Her answer: “11.”
