Before joining Caplan Cobb, Katie served as a law clerk for the Honorable David C. Norton of the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. Katie also practiced with Alston & Bird LLP.

PRACTICE AREAS
Business Litigation and Counseling. Katie represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters involving breaches of contract, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, and other business torts. Katie also has experience providing pre-litigation counseling to businesses facing potential legal disputes.
Federal Litigation. Katie has experience representing clients in federal civil cases, including both individual and class-based claims, arising from federal statutes. As a former federal district law clerk, Katie leverages her knowledge of federal practice and procedure to advocate for her clients.
