On November 7, Caplan Cobb attorneys Jarred Klorfein and Cameron Roberts filed an amicus brief on behalf of the Southern Center for Human Rights in Henry v. Sheriff of Tuscaloosa County, Alabama before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit sitting en banc. The amicus brief argues that the Fourteenth Amendment protects the liberty of all people, regardless of class, status, or, as in the case of Mr. Henry, prior convictions.
