Caplan Cobb is pleased to announce that Mike Caplan and James Cobb have both been given Martindale-Hubbell’s highest rating of AV Preeminent® for their legal ability and professional ethics.
According to Martindale-Hubbell, the AV Preeminent® rating is a significant rating accomplishment–a testament to the fact that a lawyer’s peers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence. The Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are an objective indicator of a lawyer’s high ethical standards and professional ability, generated from evaluations of lawyers by other members of the bar and the judiciary in the United States and Canada. The ratings reflect a combination of achieving a Very High General Ethical Standards rating and a Legal Ability numerical rating.
In addition to their high numerical rankings, Mike’s and James’s evaluators submitted a number of comments to Martindale-Hubbell. Mike was described as “an outstanding trial attorney and advocate,” a “fantastic lawyer” whose “legal ability and professionalism are off-the-charts,” and an “exceptional attorney.” James was described as “an excellent lawyer who provides his clients with representation at the highest level,” as “exceptional” and an “absolutely top-notch” lawyer,” and as having “first rate analysis, writing, and advocacy skills.”
