On behalf of Bob Trammell, Minority Leader of Georgia’s House of Representatives, Caplan Cobb lawyers Sarah Brewerton-Palmer and Jarred Klorfein successfully challenged an unconstitutional sign ordinance in the City of Luthersville, Georgia. The ordinance violated the First Amendment by restricting the display of political yard signs, but not other types of signs. After Caplan Cobb got involved, Luthersville agreed to stop enforcing the ordinance.
