Along with Emmet Bondurant and John Rains of Bondurant Mixson & Elmore LLP, Mike Caplan of Caplan Cobb won a unanimous decision in the Georgia Supreme Court today. The decision affirmed the grant of habeas relief to Justin Chapman, a West Georgia man who was convicted of arson and murder in 2007.
